Your Order Shipment
Your orders are generally dispatched within the same business days after receipt of payment and are shipped via courier with a tracking and drop-off with signature. If you prefer delivery by courier and not required the signature, you must let us know while placing your order. Please contact us before choosing this method (If its available). If you prefer your courier company then please call us to organise them to collect it from either Sydney, Brisbane or our Melbourne warehouses.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk. After dispatching the item from the warehouse it is your responsibility to track your order and contact the courier for more information.
